All Site Plan Review requirements must be satisfied before peomit issuance. <br /> <br />2. Three (3) sets of Building Plans - professionally signed & sealed showing <br />Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical layouts. <br /> <br />3. Applicable Florida Energy Efficiency Code Form. <br /> <br />4. Licensing Requirements: (al Proof of either State Certified License or County <br />Competency License with State Registration (b) County Occupational License (c) <br />Certificate of Insurance on Worker's Comp or State Exemption (d) $20.00 processing <br />fee for each contractor. Notarized authorization letter is required if anyone <br />other than license holder signs pennit or application. Property that will be <br />rented, leased or sold, will have to be contracted by properly licensed people as <br />per state law. <br /> <br />5. Fully executed building permit application must be submitted with construction <br />plans with payment of application fee of $.03 per square foot ($15 minimum); said <br />fee will be ~creditedH at time of permitting. <br /> <br />6. Sewer & Water Connection Fees, Transportation Impact Fees and Water l"Ieter Fee must <br />be paid prior to or at the time of permit issuance. <br /> <br />7. For Construction Codes see attachment Ordinances #430 & #669. <br /> <br />8. Annual Solid Waste Assessment Fee must be paid prior to issuance of Certificate of <br />Occupancy. <br /> <br />9. Allowance of ten (10) working days after submittal date required for plans <br />approval. <br /> <br />10.Inspection requests are scheduled for the following workday. <br /> <br />11. City Right-of-Way Use Permit. <br />
