If you, as the owner sign as the contractor, <br />you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for tbe work. If the contractor wisbes you to sign <br />as contractor that,lay be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to per.itting privileges in the <br />City of Zepbyrhills. <br /> <br />C. I certify that no work or <br />installation bas CDllenced prior to issuance of a perait and that all work will be perforaed to leet standards of all laws <br />regulating construction, City codes, zoning regulations, and land developaent regulations in the jurisdiction. Every perait issued shall beCOIe invalid <br />unless the work autborized by such perait is cOllenced within six IOnths of issuance, or if work authorized by the perait is <br />suspended or abandoned for a period of six IOnths after the tile the lIOrk is ~ced.
