<br />Commercial Fire Alarm System, UL, with panel, battery, heat and smoke detector
<br />strobes and horn strobe, pull stations, fire wire, boxes, conduit, mise
<br />connectors, etc. System will meet NFPA 72, Lifesafety 101 business occupancy,
<br />and all other state and local fire codes, and be installed by a state licensed
<br />fire alarm dealer. All wiring to be installed above ceilings and behind walls
<br />per code, any wiring that cannot be installed behind walls for lack of space,
<br />will be surface mounted in conduit. We will provide all submittals, obtain
<br />necessary permits and local licensing, tag and certify installation, and get
<br />final fire marshal approval of system. We will provide install & owner man-
<br />uals, fire system log book, plackards, and approved drawings. We are covered
<br />by liability insurance and workers comp. Code does not require off-site
<br />monitoring of system, should customer choose this option, there will be an
<br />additional charge. System quoted per plans as given by owner, any changes of
<br />that plan that will require additional alarm components, will be accomplished
<br />by signed change orders.
<br />
<br />Customer will provide: (1) a 110v dedicated power line from electric panel to
<br />the alarm panel, for primary power, (2) all info needed to obtain proper build
<br />ing permits, (3) temp on-site elect power for install.
<br />
<br />System will be prewired as soon as permits are obtained, component trim
<br />when major part of renovation is complete, so as not to damage system.
