All Materials used in the construction of the fence are <br />GUARANTEED against red rust and corrosion for a period of five (5) years following installation. CONDITIONS ARE <br />AS FOllOWS _ Discoloration caused by sprinkler contact, acts of God, misuse or neglect void this warranty. <br /> <br />All labor carries a two (2) year warranty on all Wood, Chain Link, p.v. C., Ornamental Aluminum and Steel <br />Fencing. Acts of God or vandalism not covered. All Access Control System carry a one (1) year labor and ninety (90) <br />days on electrical parts. Power surges are not covered under warranty. <br />All Commercial products carry one (1) year labor and material warranty. <br /> <br />NOTE: Manufacturer Warranty are available upon request. Each Manufacturer Warranty may vary from One - Life <br />Time. The Manufacturer Warranty must be recorded to the manufacturer by customer. <br /> <br />Common concerns not covered under warranty.
