<br />will be re~ponsible. If you, as the owner ~igns as the contractor, you are indicating that
<br />you, rather than ~he con~ractor, are respons1ble for the work. If ~he contractor wishes
<br />you to sign as contraceOr that ~~y be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is
