Accordingly, we have made this minor revision to our plans, <br />which are attached hereto. The Owner is proceeding with the changes because of the late <br />discovery of this incompatibility and the impending proposed opening date. The change <br />results in additional retaining wall construction, which will be of the same design cross-section <br />as the original. <br /> <br />Please also accept this letter as official notification of the change in driveway material from <br />asphalt as originally proposed, to concrete, a material that is structurally sound and that is in <br />compliance with the Land Development Code. <br /> <br />We appreciate your attention in this matter.
