Victory Terrace Apartments - Final Site Plan <br /> <br />Staff reviewed the revised site plan submitted by Ed Rogers for the proposed apartments that will be <br />located on the west side of Airport Road and south of South A venue. Staff visited all issues that were <br />raised from the previous meeting. The following remaining comments shall need to be addressed: <br />. $150.00 revised site plan review fee; <br />· A blanket easement should be provided for the proposed utilities; <br />· Staff recommends that the future addressing be assigned to the proposed road that <br />will run through the apartments (possibly Victory Terrace Lane); <br />· The engineer should coordinate with Norman Grahm with the City to ensure that <br />the proposed trash compactor is serviceable by the City's trucks; <br />· The proposed fire hydrants need to be modified to not exceed a maximum distance <br />of 500 feet separation; <br />· The applicant should show the location and type of recreation amenities proposed; <br />· A landscape / irrigation plan is not provided. <br /> <br />The engineer will provide 4 copies of the site plan review page that address the above comments to <br />the City Planner. <br /> <br />2. Ben's Car Wash - Final Site Plan <br /> <br />A revised site plan was submitted showing a minor modification to the Ben's Car Wash site plan. <br />The only change to the plan was that a handicap space was added. Staff approved the revised site <br />plan with the condition that a copy of the sWFwMD permit be submitted. <br /> <br />.. ... <br />. <br /> <br />} <br />
