The <br />proposed structure is roughly a 12x18 raised screen room a lOz12 shed, and 20x20 <br />carport. The existing mobile home, to be considered an adequate host structure, should be <br />blocked and anchored in accordance with the manufacturers suggested and permitted <br />set-up permit. <br /> <br />Therefore, it is my opinion that the marriage of the proposed structure with the <br />addition will not compromise the structural integrity ofthe host structure, if the <br />addition is constructed as per the attached aluminum engineered drawings.
