<br />When any new or replacement roof is installed by Home Roofing, Inc., Home Roofing, Inc. hereby extends a 5 year workmanship
<br />guarantee which is effective after completion and payment. Any leaks occurring during this time because of a defect in workmanship, will be
<br />repaired at no cost to the owner. This guarantee is transferrable to a new owner without limitation. Should a leak occur, contact the above
<br />number or address specifying the problem and the location of the leak, A repair crew will be dispatched within a week when possible, The
<br />leaks must be reported within 30 days of discovery to constitute a valid claim under this guarantee, Home Roofing, Inc. is not responsible for
<br />consequential or incidental damages. The owner shall be responsible for all costs of repair not covered by the above guarantee. The owner
