<br />SWIMMING POOL CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT

<br />GENERAL SERVICES
<br />
<br />1 , Standard structural engineering plans and specifications,
<br />2. Swimming pool construclion permits as required by municipality codes.
<br />3, Contractor to hand form and shape pool.
<br />4, Excavate and remove soil on day of excavation.
<br />5, Install steel reinforcing throughoul structure.
<br />6, Gunite-concrele shell to meet or exceed city or county codes.
<br />7, One set of shallow end steps,
<br />8. Complete hook.up of all waler lines from filter 10 pool. .
<br />9, Pressure test all plumbing.
<br />10. Non-corrosive PVC plumbing Ihroughout.
<br />11, Main drain receptacle with grate,
<br />12, Skimmer wilh self adjusting weir.
<br />13. Concrete pad for pool equipment.
<br />14, Vacuum head and hose, tele-pole, brush, leaf skimmer and lesl kil,
<br />15, Initial start-up service, instruclions and maintenance manual.
<br />16, Clean-up pool construclion debris after completion of plaster,
<br />17, Stale sales and federal taxes.
<br />18, Public liability and workmen's compensation insurance.
<br />19, Property damage negligence insurance to pool during construction,
<br />20. Up to 6 yards of rock included. Any additional rock to be charged at
<br />$ per yard.
<br />
<br />OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES
<br />1, Approve pool elevation and verify location of property lines.
<br />2, Pay for rerouting the overhead or underground utilities when required.
<br />3, Pay for any additional costs incurred due 10 underground obslacles, rock
<br />or water.
<br />4, Pay any additional cosls incurred due to soil wilh inadequale bearing
<br />capacity.
<br />5. Pay for electrical panel change or addition of sub panel if required by local
<br />code or if exisling service is inadequale.
<br />6. WATER CURE GUNITE-CONCRETE SHELL 7 DAYS MINIMUM,
<br />7, FILL POOL WITH WATER IMMEDIATELY AFTER PLASTER AND BRUSH
<br />PLASTER AS INSTRUCTED,
<br />8, Provide fencing to meet municipality codes.
<br />9, Provide pool maintenance after completion.
