Kimley-Horn was retained to conduct a trip characteristics study for <br />Wal*Mart Stores, Inc. at twenty of their gas station locations located at <br />Wal*Mart Supercenters nationwide. We propose to use these results for the <br />calculation of an Alternate Transportation Impact Fee for the proposed <br />Zephyrhills Murphy Oil gas station. The following is a summary of the analysis, <br />which was conducted to more accurately identify the trip generation rates and trip <br />types for Murphy Oil gas stations. <br /> <br />Study Methodolo2V <br />Based upon the study criteria, trip generation data and trip type data was <br />collected at the following twenty outparcel gas stations at Wal*Mart Supercenter <br />locations across the nation: <br /> <br />.
