I asked them for the <br />rates of a 2" water meter (for a 72-unit motel). The fees quoted to me <br />are: $14,730 for water and $34,610 for sewer, The total utility <br />connection fee is $49,340, The county's transportation impact fee is <br />$1,239.39 per unit (room) or $89,236, Total fees in Pasco County <br />would be $138.576, <br /> <br />In Zephyrhills, we base our water and sewer connection fees on the <br />actual fixtures used (water closet, lavatory and tub/shower), The fees <br />for the water closet (toilet) per room are $610.50, for the lavatory <br />(sink), fees are $203,50, and for the tub/shower, fees are $407 per <br />room. Total utility connection fees per room are $1,221. Total utility <br />connection fees in the city are $87,912. Transportation impact fees are <br />$847 per room, for a total of$60,984 for 72 motel rooms. Total fees in <br />the city are $148.896. <br /> <br />I hope this answers your questions.
