The <br />owner was guaranteed a Certificate of Occupancy for the Quality Inn Motel provided the <br />following is completed within ten days of the inspection. <br /> <br />1) The 2nd and 4th Oak trees from the northwest corner of the site (near dumpster) are to be <br />relocated into the adjacent northwest corner interior island. <br />2) The remaining Oak trees along the north property line are to be relocated to the far west <br />interior islands. <br />3) Three CrapelWax Myrtles shall be planted fifteen feet apart east of the remaining oaks <br />along the north property line near dumpster. <br />4) Palm clusters shall be planted in all parking islands that do not receive the oak <br />relocation. <br />5) Landscaping (hedges and palm clusters) shall be planted along the east side of the <br />furthest east parking area along HWY 301. <br /> <br />Again, the owner is to complete this punch list before a Certificate of Occupancy is issued. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at (727) 822-4151. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br />C.
