<br />will be responsible. If you, as the owner signs as the contractor, you are indicating that
<br />you, rather than the contraotor, are responsible for tile work. If the contractor wishes
<br />you to slgn alll contractor that may be an indlcati.cm that he i.s not properly licensed and is
