At the time eX the tear down, I had the office along with 4 <br />tenants. We had 4 vacant units, as I knew we would ultimately tear everything down. The sheriffs <br />department can verify some of the units as we had a "shoot out" with some of the occupants. I <br />can also probably produce some proof on the sales lot 1hat I had leased during my ownership. I <br />was also collecting rent from the tenants. <br />I did converse with the comty on their impact fee credits, had the property been in the comty. I <br />would receive impact fee credits on each of the 8 units 1hat total in excess eX $5,000.00 per unit <br />(transportation, schools, library, fire, parks, etc.). Then, there would be credits for the office sales <br />lot. I do not know what the city impact fee credits would be; however, I do not think any <br />consideration was given to these credits. <br />I can dig through all my old files to get some eX this proof and you might also contact Nelson (c; 97 - Sf ~ ~ <br />Ryman who worked on this site and developed part eX the foregoing.
