<br />violation under state law. If the owner or intended contractor are uncertain as to what
<br />licensing requirements may apply for the intended work, they are advised to contact the
<br />City of Zephyrhills Building Department, 813-78B-6611.

<br />Applioation is hereby made to obtain a permit to do work and installation as indioa.ted. I
<br />ce,l:tify that no Hark or installation has commenced prior to iSl;luance of a permit and that
<br />all work will be performed to meet standards of all laws regulating c6nstruotion, City
<br />codes, zoning regulations, and land development regulatlons in the juri::idiction. I also
<br />certify that I understand that the regulations of other governmental agencies may apply to

<br />A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as
<br />authority to violate, cancel, alter, or set aside any p.l;ovisions of the technioal codes,
<br />nor shall issuance of a permit prevent the Building Official from thereafter requiring a
<br />correction of errors in plans, ~on~truction, or vio~ations of any oode. every p.,~it
<br />issued shall beoome invalid unless the ~-Iork. authori:l;ed by such permit is oOllunenced within
<br />aix months of issuance, or if \-Iot"k authorized by the permlt il;l l;Iuspended or abandol1@d for a
<br />period of s12t months after the time the work is commenced. One 90 day eKtension of time
<br />may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The eKtension shall be tequea~ad
<br />in writing to the Building Official. Ju1 approved inap~ction must be logged during each 15tH
<br />month period, or the project will be considered abandoned.
