<br />all work will be performed to meet standards of all laws regulating construction, Clty
<br />codes, zoning regulations, and land development regulations in the jurisdiction. I also
<br />certify that I understand that the regulations of other governmental agencies may apply to

<br />A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed HiLh the work and not as

<br />nor shall issuance of a permit prevent the Building Official from thereafter requirlng a
<br />correction of errors ill plans, construotion, or violations of any code. Every permit
<br />is~ued shall become invalid unless the work authorized by such permit is oOllullenced within
<br />slx montlls of issuance, or if work authorized by the permlt ls suspended or Qbandol1ed for a
<br />period of SlK months after the time the work is conunenced. One 90 day eKtension of time
<br />may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15,00. The extension shall be requested
<br />in writing to the Buildi.ng Official. An approved inspeotion must be logged during each elK
<br />month period, or the project wlll be considered abandoned.
