<br />A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as
<br />authority to violate, cancel, alter, or set aside any provislons of the technical codes,
<br />not shall issuance of a permit prevent the Building Official from thereafter requiring a
<br />cQr~ection of errors ill plans, oon~truction! or vio~ations of any code. Every pe~mit
<br />iSliued shall become invalid unless the work authorized by such permit is cOllullenced within
<br />six months of issuance, or if work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoijed for a
<br />period of elx monthl3 after the time the work is conunenced. One 90 day extension of time
<br />may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested
<br />ill writing to the BuildJ.ng Official. An approved inspection mlll~t be logged during each' 131 x
<br />month period, 01 the proj ect vlil1 be considered abandoned.
