<br />understood that a drainage plan addressing a "compensating volume"'wi.ll be submitted which
<br />is prepared by a professional engineer registered in the State of rlorida prior to permit
<br />issuance.
<br />A permit issued shall be construed to be a license tD prDceed with the work and not as
<br />autllority to violate, cancel, alterf or set aside any prDvisions of the technical codes,
<br />nDr shall issuance of a permit prevent the Building Official from thereafter requiring a
<br />cor~ection of errors in plans, gon~tructionr or vio~~tians af any oode. Every p~rmit
<br />ieaued shall beoome invalid unless the Hork authorh:ed by such permit is oOllunenced within
<br />six months of issuance, Dr if work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoqed f9.t: a
<br />period of si.:K months after the time the work is commenced. One 90 day extension of time
<br />may be allowed for the permit with fee cha~ge of $15.00. The extension ~hall be re~uea~ed
<br />in writing to the Building Official. An approved im,pection mUlit be logged during each six
<br />lIlonth period, or the project will be considered abandoned.
