Boxes), <br />and KMART CORPORATION, with an address for notice at 3100 West Big Beaver Road, Troy, <br />Michigan 48084 ("Kmart'j, Attention: Director of Business Services. The terms defmed above at <br />the top of this page are hereby incorporated by reference herein. <br /> <br />In consideration of the license granted below and the other mutual covenants and agreements <br />contained herein, the parties covenant and agree as follows: <br /> <br />1.
