<br />violation under state laH. If the owner or intended contractor are uncertain as to \llhat
<br />1.i censing requi rements may apply for the intended weak, they are advised to contact the
<br />city of Zephyrhills Building Depa:t:tment, 813-788-6611.

<br />you to sign as corltractor that may be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is
<br />llot entitled to permitting privil~ges in the City of Zephyrhills.

<br />it to the "owner" prior to conunencement.

<br />understood that a drainage plan addressing a "compensating volumeH 'will be submitted which
<br />is prepared by a professional engineer registered in the state of Florida prior to permit
<br />jsauance,
<br />A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as
<br />authority to violate, cancel, alter, or set aside any provisions of the technical codes,
<br />nor shall issuance of a permit prevent the Building Official from thereafter requiring a
<br />aor~ection of errors in plans, oon~truationr or violations of any aocte. Every permit
<br />iSf,iUed shall become invalld unless the work authorized by such permit is oOllunenoed ~d.thin
<br />six months of issuance, or if work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoqed for a
<br />period of six months after the time the work is commenced. One 90 day extension of tillle
<br />may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requeated
<br />in writing to the Buildlng Official. An approved inspection must be logged during each.aix
<br />month period, or the pr'oject Vlill be considered abandoned.
