If you, as the owner signs as the contractor, YQ4 are indicating that <br />you, rather than the contrac~or, ~re responsible for the work. If the contractor wislles <br />you to sign as contractor that may be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is <br />not entitled to permitting privil~ges in the city of Zephyrhills. <br />C. I <br />ce+tify that no Vlork or installation has conunenced prior to issuance of a permit and that <br />all work Hill be performed to meet standards of all laws regulating construotion, City <br />codes, zoning regulations, and land development regulations in the jllrisdiction. Every p~'U:mit <br />is~u~d shall become invalid unless the work authorized by such permit is couw~nced within <br />six months of issuance, or if Hork authorized by the peJ:mit is suspended or abandoned for a <br />period of six months after the time the work is oonunenced. One 90 day extension of time <br />may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15,00. The extension shall be reques~ed <br />i n ~yritin9 to the Building Offioial.
