<br />A permit issued shall be construed to be a llcense to proceed with the work and not as
<br />autllority to vlolate, cancel, alter, or set aside any prov1s10ns of the techllical codes,
<br />nor shall issuance of a permit prevent the Building Official from thereafter requiring a
<br />correction of errors ill plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every permit
<br />iSfjued shall become inval1d unless the work authorized by such permit is cOllunenced within
<br />si.x months of issuance, or if work authorized by the perm1.t 1.6 suspended or abandol1ed for a
<br />period of silt months after the time the work is conunenced. One 90 day extension of tillle
<br />may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extens10n shall be ~equested
<br />ill writing to the Buildi.ng Official. An approved inspection must be logged during each I:d x
<br />month period, or the project Viill be considered abandoned.
