Based on a review of the <br />reports the following items are noted: <br /> <br />- The requirement for the compressive strength of the cell fill grout is 2,500 <br />psi (instead of 3,000 psi 8S noted on the test reports). One location did <br />not meet the requirement at 28-days, but exceeded the strength <br />requirement at 56-days. The 56-day strength was acceptable to the <br />Structural Engineer of Record (Notice attached). <br /> <br />- The concrete placed at the northeast corner of the slab on grade in <br />Building A did not meet the compressive strength requirement of 3,000 <br />psi at 28-days, but exceeded 3,000 psi at 56-days.
