<br />A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as
<br />authori ty to violate, cancel, al te!:, or set aside any provi:>ions of the technical codes,
<br />nor shall issuanoe of a permlt prevent the Building Official from thereafter requiring a
<br />correction of errors ill plans, construction, or violations of any oode. Every permit
<br />is,5u~d shall beaome invalid unless th~ HarK authorh:ed by such permit is oOllunenced within
<br />six months of issuance, or if work authorlzed by the permit is suspended or abandollect for a
<br />period of S11. months after the time the work is conunenced. One 90 day extension of time
<br />may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be ~eques~ed
<br />in writing to the Buildi.ng Official. An approved inspection must be logged during each l:liK
<br />month period, or the pr'oject Hill be considered abandoned.
