<br />you to sign as COlltractor that may be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is

<br />Application ls hereby made to obtain a permit to do work and installation as indicated. I
<br />certify that no \wrk or installatton has conunenced prior to issuance of a permit and that
<br />all work wlll be performed to meet standards of all. laws regulating construction, City
<br />codes, zoning regulations, and land development regulations in the jurisdiction. J also
<br />certify that I under-stand that the regulations of other governmental agencies way apply to
<br />the intended work, and that it is my responsibility to identify what actions I "rust take to

<br />A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as
<br />authori l:y to violate, cancel, alter, or set aside any provisions of the technical codes,
<br />nor sllall issuance of a permit prevent the Building Official from thereafter requiring a
<br />correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every permit
<br />issued shall become invalid unleas the work authorized by such permit ia cOllunenced within
<br />SJK months of issuance, or if \vark authorized by the permlt is suspended or abandoqed tor a
<br />period of ail{ months after the time the work is conunenced. One 90 day eKtension of tillle
<br />may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be ~~quested
<br />in writing to the Building Offictal. An approved inspection must be logged dnring each.aix
<br />month peri_od, or the project will be considered abandoned.
