Hose bib with vacuum breaker check valve, 765 <br />sq.ft of concrete decking, with acrylic topping and deco drain. Concrete pad for equipment <br />to be aprox.80 sq ft. Pool is to be built according to engineer and state building <br />specifications. <br /> <br />Pool Price <br /> <br />$28,978.00 <br /> <br />Fencing to be installed around entire pool area & will be of: <br />Commercial grade white polyrail fencing, includes, <br />4 gates with safety code approved self closing latches, <br />and 18 linear ft of polyrail fence around <br />pools filter equipment area. See Note. <br /> <br />5.360.00 <br />$34,338.00 <br /> <br />Note: The 3 gates consist of (1 pool equipment area gate & 2 entry gates.) <br /> <br />Exra Options <br />Heat pump <br /> <br />$4,500.00 <br /> <br />X Bathrooms provided by owner must be to code. <br />X Water provided by owner <br />X Electric Supplied by owner <br /> <br />Any materials and labor not included in this agreement will be extra. All decking is installed according to Building Codes any cracks shall <br />not be construed as defective workmanship or materials. Guarantee null and void if not paid in full within 10 days after water is in. <br />Owner is responsible for lawyer fees and court costs if it becomes necessary to collect any monies left owing on Pool Contract. Any extra <br />dirt is at the expense of the customer, as well as water problems and seepage. This contract does not cover other safety requirements by <br />County or State Agencies, i.e., barriers, alarms, etc. <br /> <br />We hereby propose to furnish labor and materials - complete in accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: <br />($)Thirty-Four Thousand-three hundred thirty-eight dollars With payment to be made as follows: $5,000.00 upon signing <br />of contract 151 draw of 19,199.70 upon excavation (pool dig), 2nd draw of $9, 138.30 upon deck being poured and balance <br />of $1000.00 upon completion. <br /> <br />Buyer has the right to cancel this agreement/proposal by mailing a notice to the seller. The notice must say that you do not want the <br />goods or services and must be mailed before midnight the third business day after you sign this proposal. <br /> <br />All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any <br />alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra cost will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra <br />charge over and above the estimate.
