<br />you, rather than the oontractor, are responsi.ble for the work. If the contractor l"iishes
<br />you to sign as contractor that may be an indication that he 113 not properly licensed and is
<br />not entitled to permUting privileges in the City of Zephydli.lls.

<br />correction of errors 10 plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every permi.t

<br />six months of issuance, or 1f work authorized by the permi.t 18 suspended or abandorled for a
<br />period of Sill months after the time the work is commenced. One 90 day extension of time
<br />may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested
<br />in \'Iriting to the Building Official. An approved lnspection must be logged during each sjx
<br />1Il0ntb period, or the pr'oj ect will be considered abandoned.
