<br />A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as
<br />authority to violate, cancel, alter, or set aside any provisions of the technic:al codes,
<br />nor shall issuance of a permit prevent the Building Official from thereafter requiring a
<br />correction of errors ill plans, con~truction, or violations of any code. Every permit
<br />is,5Ued shall become invalid unless the 'dork authorized by such permit is cOllullenc:ed Hithin
<br />six months of issuance, or if \'iork authorized by the permi.t i.s suspended or- abandoqed tor a
<br />period of six months after the time the Hark is conunenced. One 90 day extension of time
<br />may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested
<br />:1 n wri ting to the Building Official. An approved inspection must be logged during each f;j x
<br />month period, or the project Hill be considered abandoned.
