<br />A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed vii th the work and not as
<br />authority to violate, cancel, alter, or set aslde any provisions of the technical codes,

<br />correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every permit
<br />isslled shall become invalid unless the Hark authorized by such permit is cOllullenued Hl thin
<br />::Ilx months of issuance, or if Hork authorized by the permit ls suspended or abandoqed for a
<br />p<:lriod of si.x months after the time the work i::i conunenced. One 90 day extension of tIme
<br />may be allowed tor the permit with fee ,charge of $15.00. The extellsion shall be ~equested
<br />III writing to the Buildl.ng Official. An approved inspection must be logged dud n9 each six
<br />month period, or the Pl.-oject Hill be considered abandoned.
