<br />understood that a drainage plan addressing a "compensating volume" 'will be submitted which
<br />is prepared by a professional engine~r registered in the State of Florida prior to permit
<br />isauance.
<br />A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the WOl:k and not as
<br />authority to violate, cancel, alter, or set aside any provisions of tile technical codes,
<br />nor ahall issuance of a permit prevent the Building of~icial from thereafter requiring a
<br />cQr~ection of errors ill plans, con~truction, or violations of any code. Every pe~mit
<br />is~u!ild ahall beoome invalid unless th!il Hork authori:z;ed by such pel:mi t is oOlluoenoed within
<br />si.x months of issuance, or if HOl:k authorized by the perm1t is suspended or abandoqlild f~r a
<br />period of s1x months after the time the work is conunenced. One 90 day extension of time
<br />may be allowed for tile permit with fee charge of $15.00. The eKtellsion shall be requ@a~ed
<br />ill writing to the Building Official. An approved i.nspection must be logged during each ~ix
<br />Illonth period, or the pl:oject Hill be considered abandoned.
