<br />A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as
<br />auttlority to violate, cancel, alter, or set aside any provisions of tbe techlliual codes,
<br />nor shall issuance of a permit prevent the Building Official from thereafter requiring a
<br />correction of errors in plans, oon~truction! or viol&tions of any oode. Every petmit
<br />iS~iUed lihall become invalid unlees the Hork Cl.uthorized by such permit is oOlluneoced within
<br />six months of issuance, or if work authorized by the permi.t is suspended or abandolled f~u- a
<br />pel"iad of el.. months after the time the work is cOllUnenced. One 90 day e..tension of time
<br />may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15,00. The extension shall be reques~ed
<br />ill writing to the Building Official. An approved inspection must be logged during each Ifllx
<br />month period, or the project Hill be considered abandoned.
