NOTICE TO PURCHASER Do not sign this contract before you read it. Do not sign this Agreement if blank. You are entitled to a copy of this Agrecmcnt at the time You sign it. You should keep it to protect your rights. This agreement may contain a mortgage or otherwise create a lien on your property that could be foreclosed on if You do not pay. Be sure You understand all provisions of this Agrcement before You sign it. Do not sign any Completion Certificate or agreement stating that you are satisfied with the entire project before this pl'Ojel't is complete. Law prohibits home repair contractors from requesting or accepting a Completion Certificate signed by the owner prior to the actual cOlllpletion of the work to be performed under the contract.
