<br />Application is hereby made to obtain a permit to do work and installation as indioated. I

<br />all work will be performed to meet standards of all laws regulating conl:3truation, City
<br />codes, zoning regulations, and land development regulations in the jllril:3diction. I i:llso

<br />A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as
<br />authod ty to violate, cancel, alter, or set aside any provisions of tbe technical codee,
<br />nor shall issuance of a permit prevent the Building Official from thereafter requiring a
<br />correction of errors in plans, oonstruction, or violations of any oode. Every permit
<br />issued shall become invalid unless the Hork authorized by such permit is oOllunenced Hithin
<br />six months of issuance, or if work authorized by the permit 1s suspended or abandolled t~r a
<br />period of SJ:H months after the tillle the work is conunenced. One 90 day extension of time
<br />may oe allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be ~eques~ed
<br />in writing to the Building Official. An approved inspection must be logged during each aix
<br />month period, or the project Hill be considered abandoned.
