<br />Application is hereby made to obtaJn a permit to do work and installation as indicated. I
<br />oer:tify that no Hark or installation has commenced prior to issuance of a permit and that
<br />all work Hill be performed to meet standards of all laws regulating construction, City
<br />codes, zoning regulations, and land development regulations in the j\lrisdiotion. I also

<br />understood that a drainage plan addresslng a "compensating volume"'wi.l.l be submitted which
<br />is prepared by a professional engineer registered in the State of Florida pdor to penni t
<br />issuance.
<br />A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed Hith the work and not as
<br />authority to violate, cancel, alter, or set aside any provisions of the technical codes,
<br />nor shall issuance of a permit prevent the Building Official from thereafter requiring a
<br />oorrection of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every permit
<br />iSIiUed shall become invalld unless the work authorized by such permit is COllUlIenced within
<br />six months of issuance, or if work authorized by the perm1t is suspended or abandoqed for a
<br />peri ad of sLII months after the time the work is commenced. One 90 day extension of time
<br />may be allowed for the permit Hith fee charge of $15.00. The extens10n shall be reque6ted
<br />in Hriting to the BuildJng Official. An approved i.nspection must be logged during each /:dx
<br />lIlonth period, or the project vdll be cons1dered abandoned.
