<br />A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as
<br />authority to violate, c/:lnoel, alter, or set aside any provisions of the teclmiual codes,
<br />nor shall issuance of a permit prevent the Building of:J;icial from thereafter requiring a
<br />co~~ection of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every p~'mit
<br />issu(;ld sh/:lll become invalid unless the Hork authorized by such permit ia cOllunenced within
<br />six months of issuance, or if \>Iork authorized by the permit is suspended or: abanctolledfor a
<br />period of sil\ months after the time the work is commenced. One 90 day extension of time
<br />may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. 'rhe extension shall be requea~ed
<br />in writing to the Building Official. An approved in5peation must be logged during each sjx
<br />month period, or the project Hill be considered abandoned.
