Corners were <br />coped, butted, sealed and fastened with two #6 xl" screws through the head and sill into <br />jamb screw bosses, End caps were utilized on the ends of the fixed meeting rail and secured <br />with two 1-1/4" screws per cap. Meeting rail was then secured to the frame utilizing two <br />1-114" screws. <br /> <br />Sash Construction: The sash were constructed of extruded aluminum. Comers were <br />coped, butted, sealed and fastened with one #6 x 111 screw through the bottom and meeting <br />rail into the stile screw bosses. <br /> <br />Screen Construction: The screen frame was constructed from roll-formed aluminum <br />members with keyed corners.
