All decking is installed according to Building Codes any cracks shall not be construed as defective workmanship or materials. Guarantee null and void if not paid in full within 10 days after water is in. Owner is responsible for lawyer fees and court costs if it becomes necessary to collect any monies left owing on Pool Contract. Any extra dirt is at the expense of the customer, as well as water problems and seepage. This contract does not cover other safety requirements by County or State Agencies, i.e., barriers, alarms, etc. We hereby propose to furnish labor and materials - complete in accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: Twenty four thousand three hundred ninety four dollars ($) With payment to be made as follows: $1,000.00 upon signing of contract 1st draw of 65% $15,206.10 upon commencement of work 2nd draw of $7,887.90 upon deck being poured and balance of $300.00 upon completion. Buyer has the right to cancel this agreement/proposal by mailing a notice to the seller. The notice must say that you do not want the gcxx:ls or services and must be mailed before midnight the third business day after you sign this proposal. All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra cost will be executed only upon written orders, and will hecome an extra charge over and above the estimate.
