("Contract Sum") lor Subcontractors work, SCOPE OF WORK The scope of Subcontractor's work under this Agreement includes lhe following: .J Work to be as per Mil Bar Construction, Inc.'s Proposal, dated 07/24/03 (attached as Exhibit "A"), MilBar Construction, Inc. to commence work no more than 3 weeks from receipt of Roofing Permit and attendance of the Pre-Construction Meeting. Completion to be within 10 weeks of start. MilDar Construction, Inc. to respond to all roof leak requests as quickly as possible before roof overlay starts. _MilDar Construction, Inc. is to work closely with Tenants to maintain weather tightness of roof before and during construction.
