All decking is installed according to Building Codes any cracks <br />shall not be construed as defective workmanship or materials. Guarantee null and void if not paid in full within 10 days after water IS in, <br />Owner is responsible for lawyer fees and court costs if it becomes necessary to collect any monies left owing on Pool Contract. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices.
