<br />It is agreed and understood by the parties that all equipmelt and paris which are sold pursuant hereto
<br />shall NOT become fixtures or part o! the real estate where they are placed, Said parts and equipment
<br />shall at all times remain personal property and the tille therE,to shall remain in the seller until payment in
<br />!ullls received.
<br />Buyer hereby agrees that all parts and equipment may be mpossessed in the event of nonpayment.

<br />fees if this con!ract is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection

<br />In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, Nuccio Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.
<br />warrants all patts, labor and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of
<br />installation (not including filters, fuses, breakers or clogged drain lines.) Warranty work
<br />will be performed during normal working hours unless otherwise specified.
