Holdings, Inc. 8523 Portage Avenue, South Tampa, FL 33647 ABSTRACT: This permit is for the construction of a new building with associated paving and stormsewer infrastructure which connects to an existing pond previously constructed under Environmental Resource Permit No. 44023664.000. The project area is 0.75-acres within a total ownership of 5.06 acres. The project site is located on the west side of US 301 in Zephyrhills in Pasco County, Adjacent property includes the aforementioned permit. The drainage area the existing storm water system serves is 4.40 acres and this parcel is a part of that basin.
