(ATl) was contracted by Simonton Windows to <br />witness performance tests on a Series/Model 75-75, poly vinyl chloride (PVC) fixed window at <br />their facility located in Pennsboro, West Virginia. The sample tested successfully met the <br />performance requirements 'for an F-LC45 96 x 72 rating. Test specimen description and results <br />are reported herein. <br /> <br />Test Specification: The test specimen was evaluated in accordance with A_AJ.\1A/NWWDA <br />101/1.8.2-97, Voluntary Specijzcations for Aluminum, Vinyl (PVC) and vVood Windows and Glass <br />Doors. . <br /> <br />Test Specimen Description: <br /> <br />SeriesIModel: 75-75 <br /> <br />Type: Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVe) Fixed Window <br /> <br />Overall Size: 8' 0" wide by 6' 0" high <br /> <br />Daylight Opening Size: 7' 6-114" wide by 5' 6-1/4" high <br /> <br />Finish: All vinyl was white. <br /> <br />Glazing Details: The unit was interior dry glazed using 3/4" thick sealed insulating glass <br />fabricated with two 3/16" annealed sheets separated bya 3/8" desiccated foam spacer.
