<br />A. NOTICE OF DEED RESTRICTIONS

<br />may be mo~e restrictive than City regulations. The undersigned assumes responsibility for
<br />compliance w1th any applicable deed restrictions.
<br />B. UNLICENSED CONTRACTORS AND CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
<br />If the owner has hiJ;'ed a cont.ractor or contractors to undertake work, they may be required
<br />to be licensed in accordance with state and local regulations. If the contractor is not.
<br />licensed ~s required by law, both the owner and contractor may be cited for a ~$demeanor
<br />vi.olation. uncier st411te law. It the owner or intended contractor are uncertain as to what
<br />1i.cen3ing requirements may apply for the intended work, they are advised to contact the
<br />City of Zephyrhi.lls Building Department, 813-766-6611.
<br />Furthermore, ~f the owner has hired a contractor o~ contractors, he ia advised to have the
<br />contracto;r(s) sign portions of the "contractor Sections'" of this applicati.on for which they
<br />will be re6ponsible. It you, a5 the OWT.er signa as the contractor, you are indicat~n9 that
<br />you, rather th~n the contractor, are responsible for the work. If the contractor wi~hes
<br />you to sign as contr<<ctor that may be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is
<br />not entitled to permitting privileges in the City of Zephyrhills.

<br />it to the "owner" prior to commencement.

<br />is prepared by a professional engineer registered in the State of Florida prior to p~rmit
<br />issuance.

<br />authority to violate, cancel, alter, oX' set aside any provisions of the technical code$,
<br />nor shall issuance of a permit prevent the Building Official from thereafter requiring a
<br />cor:t:"ection of errors in plans, construoti.on, or Violations of any code. Every pe-Ptlit
<br />issued shall become. invalid unless the work authorized by such pei:mit is cornm.enced within
<br />:six months of issuance, or if work authorized. by the pet"lnit 1$ 5uapended or abandoned tor <it
<br />period of six month~ after the time the work is cOR~enced. One 90 day extension ottime
<br />may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested
<br />j.n writing to the Building Off.i.c.ial. An approved inspection must be ~ogged during @aoh six
<br />month period, or the projeot will be considered abandoned.
