Speci=ically, the house itself and various <br />portions thereor are likely to full or partially collapse as a <br />result or decay, deterioration, or dilapidation. <br /> <br />PURSUANT TO CHA?'l'.ER 3 OF THE 3TAND.A:BD UNSAFE BUILDING ABATEMENT <br />CODE AND SECTION 6401 OF THE ZEPHYRHILL3 !.AND DEVELOPMENT CODE, <br />YOU SHALL HAVE SIXTY (60) DAYS FROH THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE TO <br />DEMOLISH OR BEMOVE THIS STRUCTURE TOGETHER WITH ALL ACCESSORY <br />STRUCTURES LOCATED OR THE PARCEL. <br /> <br />You will be requi.:::ed to vacate the premises, and ~btain all <br />necessary permits for demolition within sixty (60) days fr~m <br />receipt of this notice.
