(If a Verbal.A\;pproval was granted, the site specific shall be submitted as an" After -the-Fact" application,) 1) Upon completion of the work, the Pasco COWlty Inspector shall be notified for a final inspection of the project. --'RIGHT OF WAY RESTORATION · All disturbed areas in the right of way will be sodded unless otherwise directed by Pasco COlUlty Inspector, Sod must be maintained Wltil it roots, a minimwn water 01'2 weeks, · Vegetation, other than sod, will be restored to its pre-construcion condition. · Prior to disturbing sprinkler systems, plants and mailboxes that may be disturbed during construction, notify property owners, Replace those items that are damaged by pennittee, · The permittee shall be responsible for handling all complaints regarding the construction project.
