<br />1. The construction and maintenance of such utility shall not interfere with the property and rights of a prior occupant.
<br />
<br />2, All work shall be done in keeping with the standards of Pasco County and at the satisfaction of Pasco County, who will be notified al least
<br />one day prior to commencement of construction,
<br />
<br />3, All materials and equipment shall be subject to inspection by Pasco County,
<br />
<br />" 1- During construction all safety regulations of the Florida Department of Transportation shall be observed; and Pasco County shall be relieved..
<br />of all responsibility from damage of any nature arising from this permit. Subject to the same terms and conditions, the permit holder may take such
<br />safety measures, including placing and display of caution signs, as it may deem necessary'.n conduct of construction and maintenance work hereunder.

<br />5" All private and all Pasco County property shall be restored to its original condition as far as practical, in the opinion of Pasco County,

<br />7, The sketch ('our copies) covering the details of this installation shall be made a part of their permit. This permit is granted with the understanding
<br />that the applicant has notifted all other utility users in the area covered by the permit and takes full responsibility for any damaga incurred by prior
<br />installations as a result of his operations, He also takes lull responsibility for notifying any and all utility or underground users of his proposed operalions
<br />in order that they may safeguard their interests,

<br />8,lt.is e/lpressly stipulated Ihat this permit is a license for permissive use only and that the placing of facilities upon public property pursuant

<br />9, Whenever Pasco County decides to further exploit Ihe County Rights of Way, any or all of said poles, wires, pipes, cables or olher facilities
<br />and appurtenllnces authorized hereunder, shall be immediately removed from said Rights of Way, or resat or relocated thereon as required by Pasco
<br />Count~ at the expense 0' Ihe holder of this permit.

<br />10, The holder shall save and keep Pasco County harmless from any and all damages, claims, or injuries that may occur by reason of the construc-
<br />tion, maintenance and operation of said facility, .

<br />of the permit lor all costs incurred in completing said work.

<br />" 12. )rhe permittee shall post a cash or surety performance guarantee with the County Clerk, Based on a cost estimate prepared by the permittee's
<br />t qngineer and approved by the County, The amount of the guarantee islo be an amount equal to 125010 of the cost to construct the permitted improvemenls.
<br />)rflhe evenl a surety bond is posted, the said surety bond shall be made payable to Pasco County and shalf obligale the surety to hold the County
<br />('harmless in the event the holder of this permit should fail to meet any of its obligations, hereunder, The bond shall also indemnify Pasco coun,ty for
<br />all court costs and reasonable attorneys fees in the event legal action is required to collect or said bond,
