<br />A. NOTICE OF DEED RESTRICTIONS
<br />The undersigned understands that this pernu.t may be subject to ~deed restrictionsH which
<br />may be mo~e restrictive than City regulations. The undersigned asaumes responsibility tor
<br />compliance w~th any applicable deed restrictions.
<br />B. UNLICENSED CONT~CTORS AND CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
<br />If the owner has hi~ed a contractor or contractors to undertake work, they may be required
<br />to be licen~ed in accordanoe with state &nd local regulation~. If the contractor is not
<br />licen~ed aa required Py law, both the owner and contractor may be cited for a ~$demeanor
<br />violat.ion un<ie~ state law. It the owner or intendecl contractor are uncertain as to what
<br />licensing requirements may apply tor the intended work, they are advised to contact the
<br />City of Zephyrhilla Building Department, 813-'766-661l.
<br />Furthermore, ~f the owner has hired a contractor o~ contractors, he is advised to have the
<br />contracto:r (s) sign portions of the "Contractor Sections.... of this applica.ti.on for whioh they
<br />will be rel>ponsible. It you" dB the ow.ner signa as the:;, contractor, you are indicat:i;ng that
<br />you, rather than the contractor, are reBpon~ible for the work. If the contractor wishes
<br />you to 5i9n as cont:ractor that may b$ an indication that he is not properly licensed and i$
<br />not entitled to permitting privileges in the City of Zephyrhills.

<br />have obtained a copy of ~he above desc~iped document and promise in good faith to deliver
<br />it to the ~ownerH prior to commencement.

<br />be done in c~npli~nce with all applioable laws regulating construction, zoning, and land
<br />development.

<br />certify that no work or installat:ton haa commenced prior to issuance of a permit and that
<br />all work will be performed to meet.standards of a1.1 laws regulati.ng construction, City
<br />cedes, zoning regulations, and land deve~opment regulations in the jurisdiction. I also
<br />certify that'l understand that the regulations of other governmental agencies may apply to
<br />the intended work, and that it is my respon51bility to identify what actions I must take to
<br />be in compliance. Such agencies include but are not lindted to: *Department of
<br />Envi.l:onmental Regulation-CyprelSs Bayheads, Wetland Areas and Environmentally Sensitive

<br />A permit issued shall be ~onstrued to be a license to proceed with the work and not as
<br />authority to vi.olate, cancel, alter, or set asiele any provisions of the technical codes,
<br />n01: shall issuance of a pennit pJ;event the Building Ot:ficial trom thereafter requiring a
<br />correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every permit
<br />issued shall become invalid unless the work authorized by such pel~t is commenced within
<br />six months of issuance, or if work authorized by the pe~~t 1$ suspended or abandoned for a
<br />period of six month;!! after t.he time the wox:k is commenced. One 90 day extension of 'time
<br />may be allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested
<br />i.n writing to the Building Offici-al. An approved inspection must. be logged durh~g eaeh six
<br />month period, or the project will be considered abandoned.
