Your immediate plans to
employ eight (8) new employees and construct a 6,000 square foot
office/warehouse building does not meet the city's current economic
development incentives ordinance. However, because you plan to employ
more than 15 new employees and possibly build two or more buildings,
you then may become eligible. To accommodate your ability to construct
the new warehouse and relocate your business to Zephyrhills, I
recommend that you pay the required 25% down on transportation impact
fees and a reasonable down payment on utility connection fees (amount to
be determined). Then we can assess your construction and employment
plans and determine your eligibility, if any, for economic development
incentives.

Please don't hesitate to contact me should you require any further
information.

Sincerely,

S;fAJ(~r ~- 0'-.-
Steven F. sMa
City Manager

cc: Bill Burgess, Building Official
Karla Owens, city legal counsel
