The <br />interior meeting rail contained a formed steel reinforcement measuring 0.715" x 0.680" <br />x 0.050" (reference drawing # UY008812). The bottom sash stiles contained a formed steel <br />reinforcement measuring 0.450" x 0.655" x 0.050" (reference drawing #UY007812). <br /> <br />Installation: The unit was installed in a wood buck constructed from Spruce-Pine-Fir <br />construction lumber and sealed at the interior and exterior perimeter with a silicone <br />caulking, with the exception of an approximate 6" long void at each interior sill comer. The <br />unit was secured to the buck using four #8 x 2-1/2" long screws, one at the top and bottom of <br />each jamb. <br />
